1. Receive the Commodore’s Report.
2. Receive the Financial Report for the Year ended 31 May 2026
3. Election of the Board of Directors for the 2025/26 year
4. Election of Other Office Bearers for the 2026/27 year

Board of Directors consist of:

Commodore             Vice Commodore                Rear Commodore

          Secretary                Treasurer                          Finance Officer

Nomination Process

Advance nominations for any position on the Board of Directors can be made using the attached form and should be lodged no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.

Board Nomination Form

Should a correctly lodged nomination be received for a position on the Board, then further nominations for that position will not be permitted from the floor at the AGM. However, should there be no advance nomination for a particular board position, then nominations will be accepted from the floor at the AGM.

Nominations for any other position (non-board of directors) can either be lodged in advance, or can be made from the floor at the AGM.
